1. What’s your favorite subject? 你最喜歡的科目是什么?
用句型What’s your favorite…? 問最喜歡的東西是什么。favorite在這里是形容詞“喜聞樂見的,最中意的,最喜愛的”,用來修飾名詞。在英美口語中經(jīng)常用。
例如:one’s favorite book 最喜愛的書
one’s favorite movie 最喜愛的電影
還可做名詞,意為“最喜歡的人,最喜歡的物”。
例如:What would you like to drink, tea or coffee? 您是喝茶還是喝咖啡?

2. 特殊疑問句

3. have 用法小結
前面我們學習的have/has意為“具有”,是狀態(tài)而不是一個動作。但have/has可以和某些名詞搭配,構成固定的動詞詞組,具有不同的意思。
注意學習并掌握下面短語,并注意have的意思。

7. 如何詢問鐘點,星期,日期及date和day的區(qū)別
△date與day都有日子的意思,但有區(qū)別,用法不同。
(1)day:①指24小時的一整天,也單指白天,與night相對。如:
day and night 日夜
②表示星期與重要的日子,如:
Children’s Day 兒童節(jié)
(2)date: 指“日期”即“幾月幾日”如:
The date of his birth is July 1, 1990. 他的生日是1990年7月1日。
8. 介詞for的用法小結
介詞fro在不同的情景中有不同的用法。
(1)表示目的“為了”,如:I want to go back for my pen. 我要回去拿筆。
(2)表示對象,用途等,“為”“對于”“適于”。如:bags for sports or school 運動包或書包 socks in all colors for just¥2 售價兩元的各種顏色的襪子。
(3)引導時間段,表示一般時間。如:After school, I have gymnastics for two hours.
(4)與動詞搭配:look for 尋找,be late for 遲到。
9. start 與finish
start“開始”,反義詞finish“結束”。如:
School starts at nine o’clock. 學校九點鐘開始上課。
All my classes finish at 2:00. 我的所有課程在兩點鐘結束。
10. 評論事物的表達法
對事物的評論可有多種表達方式。如:

11. 英語中星期的來歷及使用
一年有365天、12個月、52個星期。一個星期有7天。英語中這七天的名稱大部分來自條頓族,是條頓族從羅馬人那里借過來的。
星期日表示羅馬人尊崇太陽而把這一天定為太陽日,英語中太陽為sun,星期日便稱Sunday,這是一周的第一天。
星期一是羅馬人的月亮日,英語中月亮為moon,星期一便為Monday。
從星期二到星期五都是條頓族定名的,依次為Tuesday(戰(zhàn)神)、Wednesday(眾神之王)、Thursday(雷神)、Friday(愛神),星期六Saturday則是羅馬人為紀念Saturn而確立的名稱。
按照國際習慣,星期日為一個星期的第一天,星期六為一個星期的最后一天。
表達星期時應注意以下幾點:
(1)第一個字母要大寫,如:Sunday, Monday。
(2)星期前面用on,如:on Monday, on Monday morning。
(3)星期的縮寫Sun. ,Mon.,Tues.,Wedn.,Thur.或Thurs.,F(xiàn)ri.,Sat.。
