近半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái)，世界衛(wèi)生組織和國(guó)際紅十字會(huì)一直向世界各國(guó)呼吁“醫(yī)療用血采用無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血”。無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血是血液最科學(xué)、最合理的來(lái)源，是最安全的血液，是預(yù)防經(jīng)血液傳播疾病的重要手段之一。無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血是無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)、救死扶傷的'崇高行為，能使病員解除病痛甚至挽救他們的生命，其價(jià)值是無(wú)法用金錢(qián)來(lái)衡量的。
科學(xué)獻(xiàn)血有益健康。一次獻(xiàn)血200-400毫升，只占人體總血量的10%以?xún)?nèi)時(shí)，貯存在肝、脾等器官的血液會(huì)釋放出來(lái)參與血液循環(huán)，迅速恢復(fù)血容量，同時(shí)刺激人體造血功能增強(qiáng)，有利于血液的新陳代謝，減少心血管疾病的發(fā)生。

各單位干部職工：
《中華人民共和國(guó)獻(xiàn)血法》正式實(shí)施以來(lái)，無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血在保證醫(yī)療臨床用血需要和安全、保障獻(xiàn)血者和用血者健康方面發(fā)揮了重大作用，也標(biāo)志著我國(guó)的血液事業(yè)從此走向法制化管理的軌道。
無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血是社會(huì)文明進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志之一，是救死扶傷的崇高行為，是創(chuàng)造和諧社會(huì)、熱愛(ài)生命的體現(xiàn)。近年來(lái)，在社會(huì)各界的廣泛支持和積極參與下，無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血工作得到了穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展。但是，隨著xxx經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平的提高，全民醫(yī)療保障覆蓋面的擴(kuò)大，臨床用血量大大增加，為了保證臨床有安全、足夠的血液救治患者，需要我們攜起手來(lái)，共同參與到無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的行列中來(lái)。區(qū)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血辦特此向廣大健康適齡的干部職工們發(fā)出倡議：讓我們以履行公民義務(wù)為光榮，本著社會(huì)共濟(jì)、關(guān)愛(ài)他人的精神，做無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血行動(dòng)的積極響應(yīng)者，加入到無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的行列，用我們的濃濃熱血、拳拳愛(ài)心去營(yíng)造一個(gè)充滿(mǎn)“人道、博愛(ài)、奉獻(xiàn)”精神的幸福xxx!
同志們，如您想?yún)⒓訜o(wú)償獻(xiàn)血，請(qǐng)于2014年9月23日前在本單位報(bào)名，并于2014年9月26日(周五)上午9：00前在本單位帶隊(duì)人員帶領(lǐng)下一同前往xxx廣場(chǎng)參加獻(xiàn)血活動(dòng)。
