Now there are fewer than fifty blue whales.

　　Therefore, we will propose:

　　1. Strengthen the management of whale fishery and reduce the waste of whale injury and resources.

　　2. Prohibit illegal fishing activities and strictly control the discharge of coastal life and industrial sewage,

　　Protect the Marine living environment.

　　3. Construction of Marine biological conservation hall, establishing Marine ecological protection awareness and strengthening whales

　　鯨類由于經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值很大，自古以來(lái)就是人類捕殺的對(duì)象，但過(guò)去由于捕獵的手段落后，獵取量比較小，尚不足以影響鯨的數(shù)量。到了近代，人們改用航船和火炮獵捕鯨類，殺作力大大增強(qiáng)，使得鯨的數(shù)量銳減，很多種類瀕臨滅絕。

　　親愛(ài)的`朋友們，鯨一直是人類的朋友，是海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，是大自然賦予人類的寶貴自然資源。保護(hù)鯨魚(yú)，維護(hù)生態(tài)平衡，不僅關(guān)系到人類的生存與發(fā)展，也是平衡一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)民族、一個(gè)城市文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志。到現(xiàn)在，藍(lán)鯨只剩下不到五十只了。

　　因此，我們要倡議：

　　1、加強(qiáng)鯨魚(yú)捕撈管理，減少對(duì)鯨魚(yú)誤傷及資源的浪費(fèi)。

　　2、禁止非法漁業(yè)活動(dòng)，嚴(yán)格控制沿岸生活和工業(yè)污水排放，

　　保護(hù)海洋生活環(huán)境。

　　3、建設(shè)海洋生物保護(hù)館，樹(shù)立海洋生態(tài)保護(hù)意識(shí)，加強(qiáng)鯨魚(yú)

　　保護(hù)知識(shí)的宣傳的教育工作和學(xué)習(xí)。

　　4、禁止捕撈鯨。

　　地球是一個(gè)蔚藍(lán)的星球，海洋是人類賴以生存的生命家園，廣袤的海洋孕育了幾千年的人類文化。
