  現(xiàn)在再認(rèn)真思考這個(gè)問(wèn)題,我們覺得,做為從業(yè)人員有責(zé)任、有義務(wù),也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂(lè)的旅游時(shí)光。坦誠(chéng)的說(shuō),今年7、8兩個(gè)暑期月份下來(lái),在我們質(zhì)檢回訪過(guò)程中,所發(fā)現(xiàn)存在質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的,游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。

  關(guān)乎旅游質(zhì)量還有一個(gè)很重要的點(diǎn),就是導(dǎo)游,景點(diǎn)美不美,全靠導(dǎo)游一張嘴。好的導(dǎo)游除了在講解上會(huì)更為精彩外,對(duì)于游客心理的把握能力通常也會(huì)很強(qiáng),會(huì)有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力,而目前導(dǎo)游的生存狀態(tài)基本上都是以兼職為主,這種生存狀態(tài),也從很大程度上導(dǎo)致了其責(zé)任心的下降,因其兼職故而也缺少有效的服務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)。旅行社不是不想有自己的全職導(dǎo)游,而是因?yàn)槁糜螛I(yè)的季節(jié)性特別強(qiáng),旺季再多導(dǎo)游也不夠用,進(jìn)入12月份以后的3個(gè)月淡季對(duì)于小旅行社而言,可能1個(gè)導(dǎo)游都嫌多,這個(gè)微利行業(yè)人力成本應(yīng)該是最大的成本了,所以這種季節(jié)性的特點(diǎn)也導(dǎo)致旅行社不敢、不能用過(guò)多的全職導(dǎo)游。我們公司目前全職導(dǎo)游有16名,在揚(yáng)州地區(qū)算得上是規(guī)模龐大的一支導(dǎo)游隊(duì)伍了,但也只能應(yīng)對(duì)平常季節(jié)的客流量,遇上旺季,也只能望洋興嘆,比如貼子中所提到的西安團(tuán)隊(duì),就是一個(gè)主要由兼職導(dǎo)游帶隊(duì)的團(tuán)隊(duì)。
