元旦晚會宣傳方案

二、活動對象：
水塘中學(xué)全體師生
三、活動時(shí)間、場地：
xx年11月28日19:00、籃球場臨時(shí)搭建舞臺

五、節(jié)目來源分配：
1、每個(gè)班準(zhǔn)備參演節(jié)目至少一個(gè)，節(jié)目圍繞“激揚(yáng)青春·中國夢”的主題，同時(shí)附音樂光盤。
2、每個(gè)班報(bào)送的節(jié)目形式，可以是唱歌、舞蹈、相聲、小品等多種形式，節(jié)目內(nèi)容必須健康，積極向上，富有時(shí)代感，能體現(xiàn)青年學(xué)生和民族地區(qū)的民族特色。
3、11月25日前由柳國榮負(fù)責(zé)組織評委對學(xué)生節(jié)目進(jìn)行篩選，選出19個(gè)高質(zhì)量的節(jié)目參加元旦晚會展演。
4、文藝晚會分別設(shè)置一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)，其中一等獎(jiǎng)1個(gè)，獎(jiǎng)金200元；二等獎(jiǎng)3個(gè)，獎(jiǎng)金100元，三等獎(jiǎng)4個(gè)，獎(jiǎng)金50元，合計(jì)700元。
六、晚會節(jié)目要求
1、內(nèi)容文明健康、積極向上，用藝術(shù)的形式弘揚(yáng)民族優(yōu)秀文化和中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德，唱響時(shí)代主旋律，展現(xiàn)校園新風(fēng)尚；貼近學(xué)生生活，反映我校師生良好的精神風(fēng)貌。
2、既有時(shí)代特色，又要適合學(xué)校特點(diǎn)。
3、形式力求靈活多樣、新穎、豐富多彩，有獨(dú)創(chuàng)性。
4、節(jié)目形式建議：
歌舞類（大合唱、小合唱、重唱、獨(dú)唱、對唱、歌曲串燒、歌伴舞、集體舞、獨(dú)舞、民族舞、現(xiàn)代舞、街舞等、武術(shù)等）；
樂器類（鋼琴、古箏、吉他、小提琴等等）
語言類（朗誦、小品、相聲、快板、校園劇、情景劇等）；
6、單個(gè)節(jié)目時(shí)長控制在6分鐘內(nèi)。
七、活動具體分工
第一項(xiàng)目組：節(jié)目組
組長：柳國榮

任務(wù)：
1、各班班主任負(fù)責(zé)落實(shí)本班節(jié)目的安排、督促排練、檢查協(xié)調(diào)工作。
2、柳國榮負(fù)責(zé)完成節(jié)目收集、篩選及后期的彩排工
作；負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)目的編排及晚會全流程的銜接，節(jié)目單的制作。
第二項(xiàng)目組：舞臺及背景設(shè)計(jì)組
組長：鄭義春
組員：李忠海 代榮兵 刀彥飛
任務(wù)：
1、舞臺整體設(shè)計(jì)，包括背景設(shè)計(jì)、舞臺裝飾設(shè)計(jì)方案。
2、準(zhǔn)備舞臺及背景裝飾所需物品。
第三項(xiàng)目組：燈光音響及電力保障組
組長：李興榮
組員：李 俊 羅榮興
任務(wù)：負(fù)責(zé)接通并檢查晚會電路，協(xié)助晚會期間舞臺燈光設(shè)備、音箱設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試。
第四項(xiàng)目組：后勤保障組
組長：刀彥飛
組員：楊雪松、刀振榮、李華東及后勤人員
任務(wù)：
1、現(xiàn)場攝影、攝像。
2、協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備部分晚會所需的服裝、道具。
3、晚會所需物品購買。
4、晚會產(chǎn)生的各種費(fèi)用的收集、報(bào)銷。
第五項(xiàng)目組：安全及場地組
組長：朱學(xué)云
組員：王國飛，白建峰、學(xué)校警衛(wèi)及學(xué)生會部分成員
任務(wù)：1、晚會場地劃分。
2、晚會期間會場紀(jì)律維持。
3、會場安全保衛(wèi)及緊急情況處理。
第六項(xiàng)目組：節(jié)目主持組
組長：湯酥泓
組員：學(xué)生會宣傳組成員
任務(wù)：1、主持人選拔、培訓(xùn)。
2、節(jié)目主持詞串聯(lián)及互動游戲設(shè)計(jì)。
3、主持人形象設(shè)計(jì)。
第七項(xiàng)目組：舞臺運(yùn)行組
組長：代昌齊
組員：全體學(xué)生會成員
任務(wù)：1、負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)目的出場的協(xié)調(diào)，保證節(jié)目的`連貫性。
2、負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)目演員上下臺及道具的上下，維持上下場秩序。
3、負(fù)責(zé)收齊所有節(jié)目的伴奏音樂，并標(biāo)上節(jié)目名稱及在光盤上的位置或刻錄成套盤，協(xié)助音響組工作。
4、負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)急情況處置。
八、各階段任務(wù)及工作分配
1、晚會策劃準(zhǔn)備期（10月10日--11月10日）：
任務(wù)：
A、節(jié)目收集：各班班主任落實(shí)本班參演節(jié)目，并于 11月10日前報(bào)柳國榮處。
B、節(jié)目主持組選定主持人并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)訓(xùn)練和準(zhǔn)備
2、晚會協(xié)調(diào)及進(jìn)展期（11月10日--11月19日）：
任務(wù)：
A、各年級抓緊時(shí)間排練，班主任適時(shí)檢查，校團(tuán)支部協(xié)調(diào)組織節(jié)目組成員于晚會正式開始前擇日對參演節(jié)目進(jìn)行彩排，確定最終參演節(jié)目并基本確定節(jié)目演出順序。
B、舞臺及背景設(shè)計(jì)組拿出設(shè)計(jì)方案，制作好背景，并做相應(yīng)的物品準(zhǔn)備。
C、燈光音響及宣傳組落實(shí)音響系統(tǒng)、用電供給檢查。
D、節(jié)目主持組完成主持稿及互動游戲設(shè)計(jì)。
3、晚會倒計(jì)時(shí)期（11月20日--11月27日）
任務(wù)：
A、學(xué)校召開元旦晚會籌備會，協(xié)調(diào)、落實(shí)相關(guān)工作。
B、節(jié)目組于11月27日前組織參演節(jié)目進(jìn)行最后一次彩排，最終確定節(jié)目演出順序并制作節(jié)目單。
C、燈光音響及宣傳組完成音響系統(tǒng)、燈光的安裝調(diào)試。
D、后勤保障組完成舞臺的搭建、布置工作。
E、安全及場地組做好師生場地劃分及相應(yīng)安全保障工作。
F、學(xué)�？倓�(wù)處邀請相關(guān)嘉賓。
九、幾點(diǎn)說明：
1、舉行迎新年元旦匯演是教育教學(xué)和德育活動的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是豐富師生文化生活、宣傳黨的方針政策的重要途徑；同時(shí)，也是向各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、社會各界展示、宣傳我校的大好時(shí)機(jī)。各年級各班接通知后，一定要高度重視，精心組織、抓緊排練，真正把參演節(jié)目排練成精品，奉獻(xiàn)給全校師生，為共同打造一個(gè)和諧、文明、生機(jī)勃勃的校園做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
2、希望各組精誠協(xié)作、相互配合，圓滿完成本次活動。
