　　中考英語(yǔ)書(shū)信格式

　　1. 信頭(Heading):信頭是指寫(xiě)信人的地址及日期，位于信箋的右上方，距信紙的.頂頭約一英寸。順序是先寫(xiě)地址，后寫(xiě)日期。地址由小寫(xiě)到大，即門(mén)牌號(hào)→街名→城市→省份→國(guó)名，由小到大的順序書(shū)寫(xiě)。如“江西省萬(wàn)載縣康樂(lè)鎮(zhèn)田下路159號(hào)”，英文寫(xiě)法是:159 Tianxia Road, Kangle Town, Wanzai County, Jiangxi Province;日期可按“日-月-年”的順序或“月-日-年”的順序?qū)憽?/p>

　　2. 信內(nèi)地址(Inside Address):它是指收信人的姓名和地址，寫(xiě)在信箋的左上方，稍低于信頭一至二行，在稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)上方。順序是先寫(xiě)收信人姓名，后寫(xiě)職務(wù)，再寫(xiě)地址(由小到大)。商業(yè)往來(lái)信件及公函必須寫(xiě)信頭和信內(nèi)地址。但親友、熟人之間的信可不寫(xiě)信內(nèi)地址，信頭處只寫(xiě)發(fā)信日期。

　　3. 稱(chēng)呼(Greeting):收信人的稱(chēng)呼，寫(xiě)在信紙的左邊，低于信內(nèi)地址。

　　4. 書(shū)信的正文(Body):是寫(xiě)信者所要說(shuō)的話(huà)，正文信的內(nèi)容，從左向右橫寫(xiě)，低于稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)，常在縮進(jìn)四、五個(gè)字母處起筆。寫(xiě)信與寫(xiě)文章一樣，要分段寫(xiě)，每段有一個(gè)中心思想，內(nèi)容要表達(dá)清楚，語(yǔ)言要簡(jiǎn)單明了，態(tài)度要誠(chéng)懇禮貌。給親友的信還應(yīng)親切熱情�？荚嚂r(shí)必須把規(guī)定的內(nèi)容寫(xiě)清楚。正文結(jié)束時(shí)，還可寫(xiě)一兩句表達(dá)心愿的話(huà)，如:Best wishes to you /Remember me to your family /Hoping to hear from you soon等。

　　5. 結(jié)束語(yǔ)(Closing):發(fā)信人表示自己對(duì)收信人的一種客套稱(chēng)呼，寫(xiě)在書(shū)信正文結(jié)尾下面低兩行的位置上。一般它均從正中或偏右處寫(xiě)起。結(jié)束語(yǔ)的第一個(gè)字母必須大寫(xiě)，后面須加上逗號(hào)。收信人與寫(xiě)信人之間是朋友關(guān)系時(shí)常用:Yours,/Yours ever,/Ever yours,/Always(Sincerely) yours, 等等。
