  教材分析

What are you doing小學英語五年級下學期教案

  本節(jié)課是學生學習現(xiàn)在進行時的第一課時,要求能夠聽、說、讀、寫五個動詞短ing的形式 。 能運用句型 “What are you doing? I’m doing the dishes/….”詢問別人正在做什么并作答。do the dishes, cook dinner, read a book,都屬于上冊學過的四會內(nèi)容,對學生來說比較簡單,drawing pictures, answering the phone 相對有些難度。針對這種情況,我采用由易到難、由舊詞組練習新句型的教學策略來降低學生理解及表達的難度。另外,我創(chuàng)設了一系列具體而典型的生活情景,讓學生親身體驗現(xiàn)在進行時的用法,如洗碗、讀書、在黑板上畫畫、接電話等等,在此過程中,我還充分調(diào)動學生運用肢體語言,幫助學生理解領會現(xiàn)在進行時的功能。

  學情分析

  農(nóng)村的小孩接觸英語的機會比較少,大部分學生對英語不是很感興趣,所以要根據(jù)他們的特點來改革課堂教學模式,讓孩子在樂中學,在玩中學,通過表演,競賽等形式來激發(fā)他們的學習興趣。在這堂課中通過游戲Who is faster? Let’s guess.小組編對話等形式,情景真實,可操作性強,學生參與面廣,實行以老師為主導,以學生為主體,以訓練為主線的三為主的教學思想和民主教學思想。

  教學目標

  Aim 1.能夠聽、說、讀、寫動詞短語的ing形式:drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone 。

  Aim 2.能運用句型 “What are you doing? I’m doing the dishes/….”詢問別人正在做什么并作答。

  Aim 3.通過說唱Let’s chant部分的歌謠鞏固復習Let’s learn部分的`動詞短語和句子。

  教學重點和難點

  本課時需要掌握五個動詞短語的ing形式,能夠理解下一課時的主要句型“What are you doing?”并能用“I am doing the dishes/…”作答 .

  教學過程

  教學過程:

  一、 Warm-up

  1、 Greetings

  2、Sing a song: I Can Help.(師生做動作共同演唱)Then ask the students:What phrase can you hear in this song ?

 。ㄔO計思路:通過師生邊唱邊做動作,既活躍了氣氛,復習了有關家務勞動的短語,又為新課的學習做了鋪墊。)

  二、 Review

  1、教師用課件出示五年級上冊所學動詞短語的圖片,讓學生認讀,其他同學邊跟讀邊做動作。

  三、 Presentation

  1、教學doing the dishes,并呈現(xiàn)現(xiàn)在進行時的問答形式:What are you doing? I am …。

 。1)  教師拿出一個盤子:I cando the dishes.

  Can you do the dishes?

  請學生拼詞,教師同時在黑板上寫下do the dishes,教師邊做洗碗的動作,邊對學生說: I am doing the dishes . 然后在黑板上的短語后面加上ing變成doing the dishes ,強調(diào)ing的發(fā)音. 教師引導學生做洗碗的動作,并跟說: I am doing the dishes. 用其他的詞組進行替換,通過適當?shù)膭幼饕龑W生理解現(xiàn)在進行時表達的含義.并適時幫助學生總結(jié):在人稱后面加上系動詞,在把動詞加上ing 就可以表示現(xiàn)在正在進行的動作。

 。2)出示幾個動詞短語,請學生將動作短語轉(zhuǎn)換成ing 的形,并試著讀一讀.

 。3)導入What are you doing?句型

  T:Now I’mdoing the dishes。

  學生做洗盤子的動作,師問:What are you doing?

  S1:……

  多問幾個學生。

  教師請學生猜What are you doing?的意思,并板書領讀。

 。4)Play the game“Go,Stop”to drill the sentences.

  Ask the students pass a plate one by one.(師生一起邊拍手邊問:What are you doing?當師說Stop時,拿到盤子的同學要邊洗盤子邊說:I’mdoing the dishes。)

 。ㄔO計思路:通過傳盤子游戲集體練習、重點突破主句型What are you doing?

  2、教學cooking dinner。

  (1)出示詞組。 T:You can do the dishes.Can you cook dinner?

  教師板書,領讀。并說:It means: cook the meals.

  T:(師那鍋做飯并問)Now who can ask me with the sentence?

  T: I’m cooking dinner。

  教師板書ing,畫連字符號、領讀。

 。2)Drill.

  T:Now,please cook something and practice in pairs.You can cook eggs,noodles,tomatoes…

  T師生示范)Mm…Yummy. What are you doing?

 。ㄔO計思路:由問You can do the dishes.Can you cook dinner?自然引出cooking dinner的教學。并用兩人合作的形式,邊做動作邊練習,讓學生全員參與,拓展了思維。)

  3.學習reading a book。

  T:(師讀書并問)What am I doing?

  請生試答并板書在黑板上:I’m reading a book。

  T:I’m reading an English book。Please read books and say: :I’m reading____ book。

  (設計思路:讓學生隨便說出自己讀的書,既是對舊知的復習,又是對新知的操練。)

  4.學習drawing pictures

  T:(當學生說到讀picture book時)You are reading a picture book.Let’s see.教師邊看邊說:Pictures, beautiful pictures.Can you draw pictures?

  教師邊板書邊說:I am drawing pictures。領讀并引導學生拼寫。

  T:Now I am drawing a tree. What are you doing?

  T:(引導學生邊畫邊說):I am drawing …

  5.學習 answering the phone 。

 。1)出示詞組。Now let’s listen and look.

  T出示打電話的課件)What’s he doing ?

  教師板書:answer the phone請生加ing并試讀,教師強調(diào)連讀,請學生單個讀。

  (2)操練。

  A .做高低聲游戲。Iftheteacher says quietly, the students say loudly. Iftheteacher says loudly, the students say quietly.

 。ㄔO計思路:answering the phone 這個詞組的發(fā)音是難點,所以用這個游戲讓學生集中注意力多次重復,加深記憶。)

  B.同桌打電話練習新詞組和句型。

  師生示范打電話用語:T:Hello,____. This is Miss Yu.

  What are you doing?

  S: I am…What are you doing?

  T: I am…

  C.請同桌展示。

 。ㄔO計思路:師生示范打電話,自然滲透打電話常用語,然后通過小組練習,既是對前面四個短語的階段性總結(jié),又滲透下節(jié)課Let’talk的內(nèi)容。)

  四、Consolidation and extension (擴展活動)

  1、Make a chant .

  (1)The teacher asks, the students answer.

  What are you doing?

  I’m doing the dishes.

  Doing,doing,doing.

  What are you doing?

  I’m cooking dinner.

  Cooking,cooking,cooking.

  (2) 把全班學生分為男、女生兩大組,一組問,一組答,并配合動作。

 。ㄔO計思路:通過吟唱,使學生進一步掌握本節(jié)的短語和句型。)

  2、 教師播放Let’s learn 部分的錄音,學生邊聽邊指邊讀,力爭做到“眼到、手到、口到、心到”。

  3、快速反應

  教師帶領學生做快速反應的游戲。教師說本部分的動詞短語,如:do the dishes, 讓學生說出它的ing 形式:doing the dishes 。

 。ㄔO計思路:用 游戲的方式,強化和區(qū)分動詞ing 形式的詞組,教師注意適時糾正學生的發(fā)音,鞏固動詞短語的同時糾正發(fā)音。)

  4、看課件猜詞

  教師先出示課件的一部分,讓學生猜:What is shehe doing?學生猜對了,再整體呈現(xiàn)課件,并請他們拼寫詞組,最后齊讀句子。如,先出示盤子,師問:What is shehe doing? 生猜。再呈現(xiàn)整個張鵬洗盤子的畫面和句子,請他們拼寫doing the dishes,并齊讀句子He is doing the dishes.

 。ㄔO計思路:學生在猜的過程中就發(fā)展了發(fā)散思維,而且還讓學生讀出來,還要背出來,因為這五個詞組中四個已經(jīng)在上冊就背下來了,培養(yǎng)了學生聽說讀寫的能力,并拓展了第三人稱的現(xiàn)在進行時,讓學生練說He/She is ……,為后面的內(nèi)容做鋪墊。)

  5、創(chuàng)編對話。

  (1)布置任務。

  T: Today we learned so many actions.now please make a

  dialogue with them.You can do housework,have a picnic,do sports ,study and so on.

  (2)出示課件提供需要的語言材料,請學生分組創(chuàng)編。

 。ㄔO計思路:在拓展環(huán)節(jié),我不只讓學生著眼于今天學的五個詞組,而是把學過的大約20多個詞組給大概歸為四類,通過屏幕提供給學生,讓他們自編對話,使學生在具體的語言場景中,運用所學知識進行交流。)

  五、總結(jié):

  T:What have you learned in this lesson? 請生回答。

  師總結(jié):本課除了學會了這些知識之外,我們還要學會豐富自己的課余生活,使自己的生活變得更加絢麗多彩。

  六、Homework.

  After school, please give your friend a call in English and talk about what you are doing.
