問(wèn)侯語(yǔ)或開(kāi)場(chǎng)白的寒喧（Greetings）
開(kāi)場(chǎng)白很重要，最常用的問(wèn)候是“Ladies and gentlemen”，但要視場(chǎng)合而定。例如在會(huì)議討論會(huì)場(chǎng)合時(shí)，經(jīng)由主席介紹上臺(tái)時(shí)可先說(shuō)Mr.Chairman,Honorable guest,Ladies and gentlemen,good morning ,It's very great pleasure indeed for me to be able to attend this meeting

開(kāi)始簡(jiǎn)報(bào)（opening a presentation）—提出簡(jiǎn)報(bào)摘要
在正式進(jìn)入主題之前可先扼要說(shuō)明簡(jiǎn)報(bào)的內(nèi)容與順序，幫助聽(tīng)眾了解您的報(bào)告的大概內(nèi)容。
例１．Today I would like to present my paper“The challenges of pharmacy practice in Taiwan”,In the first part of the report ,I'm going to begin with a few general comments concerning the Taiwan Medical care enviroment recently, and then discuss in more detail specific issue which concerned community pharmacy, and how the National Health cave Insurance influence the future of pharmacist career
例２．你亦可將要簡(jiǎn)報(bào)的摘要條列式的依序說(shuō)明。
My presentation will cover the following aspects: professional pharmacy practice as part of the health -care system
Safe distribu
tion of medicine co-operation for better drug therapy promotion of good health

進(jìn)入主題（Main points）—演講部份的主要內(nèi)容，論證與比較事實(shí)。對(duì)所要簡(jiǎn)報(bào)主題內(nèi)容逐一詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。例如將上例每一項(xiàng)摘要逐項(xiàng)詳細(xì)闡釋說(shuō)明，依序讓文章或演說(shuō)有系統(tǒng)的講解。在presentation 時(shí)如果能井然有序的，依段落分明，串聯(lián)成一篇完整文章，聽(tīng)眾必定能印象深刻。
做結(jié)論（conclusion）－演講後所做的總結(jié)，表明態(tài)度，正式結(jié)束一場(chǎng)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)�？偨Y(jié)時(shí)通常要簡(jiǎn)短的重述這場(chǎng)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)的要點(diǎn)以加深聽(tīng)眾對(duì)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)內(nèi)容的印象。
