　　一.用作動(dòng)詞(v.)

　　1.用作不及物動(dòng)詞

　　S+～(+A)

　　I can't reach so high.

　　我夠不到這么高。

　　We can see nothing but houses as far as the eye can reach.

　　在目光所及范圍內(nèi),我們除了房屋別的什么也看不見(jiàn)。

　　2.用作及物動(dòng)詞

　　S+～+n./pron.

　　When will we reach our destination?

　　我們何時(shí)到達(dá)目的地?

　　His influence hasn't reached the capital yet.

　　他的影響還沒(méi)到達(dá)首都。

　　The news reached every part of the world.
