Would you like to keep healthy like the others do? Now let me tell you something about staying healthy。
1。 Food。 To keep yourself healthy， you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil， calory or salt。 For that can cause a lot of diseases。 The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits。
2。 Exercise。 Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more。 An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000。 You'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day， and you'll get more fit easily by that。

we were happy in the old house. but now, my family move into shawan, so we are far away from my grandpa. one year ago, we got a letter from my grandfather. he said he would come to shawan to see us. i am very ecited. i hope that day can come soon. at that time, we will be very happy together.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. 第一次上課時(shí)的情景讓我記憶猶新。課前，我和我的同學(xué)們一起討論“英語(yǔ)課學(xué)什么內(nèi)容呢？”話音剛落，鈴聲就響了。我們迅速座好等待英語(yǔ)老師的到來，老師一進(jìn)門，我就覺得教室里的氣氛和往常不同，靜得連一根針掉下去的聲音都聽得見。是因?yàn)榈谝淮紊嫌⒄Z(yǔ)課嗎？
我們的英語(yǔ)老師有一頭烏黑亮麗的頭發(fā)，眼睛大大的，個(gè)子不高也不矮，但是整個(gè)人卻很有精神。她教我們學(xué)的第一個(gè)詞是“ms 劉”，有很多同學(xué)都不知道什么意思，老師馬上翻譯過來跟我們說“這個(gè)詞的意思是劉女士或是劉老師”。隨后英語(yǔ)老師就開始講述第一節(jié)英語(yǔ)課。
她先給我們講了講英語(yǔ)單詞，但是我聽的'一頭霧水，整節(jié)課也是云里霧里的，什么都沒聽懂。放學(xué)后我?guī)е⒄Z(yǔ)課本來到校門口等待媽媽來接我回家，媽媽來到校門口笑著說：“你怎么帶著英語(yǔ)課本��？”“我沒有聽懂老師講的英語(yǔ)�！眲傉f完我的眼淚就在眼眶里打轉(zhuǎn)。
回到家媽媽給我打開錄音讓我跟著讀，可還是沒有聽懂。然后就著急得趴在桌子上哭了起來。媽媽跟我說：“別著急，等你哥哥放學(xué)回來教教你�！痹捯魟偮涓绺绫愦蜷_門大叫一聲：“我回來了！”把我逗得笑了起來。哥哥看我臉上還掛著淚珠，便問我怎么回事，我跟哥哥說了原因之后哥哥跟我說：“沒事，走，我教你去！”然后我就跟著哥哥來到我的房間開始教我英語(yǔ)。
哥哥一邊開著玩笑一邊鼓勵(lì)并教我學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，這讓我覺得英語(yǔ)沒有那么枯燥無味，使我對(duì)它充滿了興趣。經(jīng)過哥哥的耐心指導(dǎo)讓我學(xué)會(huì)了老師之前所講的那些內(nèi)容并且預(yù)習(xí)了后面一個(gè)單元，這使我覺的英語(yǔ)并沒有想象中的那么難。
哥哥對(duì)我的鼓勵(lì)，讓我信心倍增，從那時(shí)起我就更努力地，上課專心的聽講，課后細(xì)心的做練習(xí)、聽錄音，所以現(xiàn)在的英語(yǔ)還挺不錯(cuò)的呢。
