　　元宵節(jié)是我國一個重要的傳統節(jié)日。正月十五日是一年中第一個月圓之夜，也是一元復始，大地回春的夜晚，人們對此加以慶祝，也是慶賀新春的延續(xù) ，因此又稱“上元節(jié)”，即陰歷正月十五日。在古書中，這一天稱為“上元”，其夜稱“元夜”、“元夕”或“元宵”。而元宵這一名稱一直沿用至今。
