如果成人昏迷不醒可以在他耳朵邊叫:“喂!你怎么啦!”如果是嬰兒,則輕輕的拍打腳跟。搶救者還要打開(kāi)氣道,先把他(她)的領(lǐng)扣、領(lǐng)帶、圍巾等解開(kāi)。同時(shí)清楚傷病者鼻內(nèi)的污泥、土塊、鼻涕、嘔吐物等。方法是怎樣的呢? 讓我告訴你吧!用手指把他(她)的嘴巴張開(kāi),再把嘴中的雜物清除出去。

在我們的生活中,有時(shí)會(huì)碰到一些遭遇車禍或心臟病人發(fā)病等緊急的意外之事,而急救車不能及時(shí)趕到,那么在這等待的時(shí)間內(nèi)可不可以做一些事情呢?帶著疑問(wèn),我們聽(tīng)著老師的講解:心臟搶救的黃金時(shí)間是4分鐘,超過(guò)4分鐘傷病者的存活率會(huì)大大降低。首先,看傷病人是否有無(wú)意識(shí),若是無(wú)意識(shí)要高聲呼喊并撥打120,保護(hù)傷病者的頭部,頭部向上平躺再進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)術(shù)30下、人工呼吸二次,判斷是否有脈膊,反復(fù)心肺復(fù)術(shù)及人工呼吸,直到急救車的到來(lái)……我們聽(tīng)得津津有味,同時(shí),也增加了急救方面的知識(shí)。
老師說(shuō),若是遇到真實(shí)的情況,又該怎么辦呢?為了增加我們的'真實(shí)感,于是,老師帶領(lǐng)我們來(lái)到一個(gè)模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng),在模擬室內(nèi)有很多假人,旁邊還有各種儀器設(shè)備,老師先示范了一次心肺復(fù)術(shù)及人工呼吸。接下來(lái),我們排好隊(duì),一個(gè)一個(gè)的親自嘗試下,我們個(gè)個(gè)興致勃勃,非常認(rèn)真地做好每一步,幾個(gè)回合下來(lái),我們很快掌握了急救步驟。心想,這樣一來(lái),若是遇上緊急搶救的事,就不會(huì)擔(dān)心啦。

到我的時(shí)候,我的心撲通撲通的跳到了嗓子眼上了,汗水又止不住地往下流。我深呼一口氣,按照剛才阿姨教我們的步驟一步一步做。首先,把倒下的“假人”的頭扶起,如果它的嘴里有東西,先將東西拿出來(lái),再把頭扶正,拍打它的肩膀并大聲喊叫它。然后用兩指把下巴的骨頭往上弄,打開(kāi)氣道。再然后兩手交差,在胸口上以“1001,1002,1003”的'頻率按壓30次,再用口覆膜包住它的嘴,對(duì)它做人工呼吸,吹兩次氣,每次大于1秒,當(dāng)看到它的胸口起伏后,才算完成急救任務(wù)。當(dāng)阿姨說(shuō)“恭喜你救活了”的話后,我才放松下來(lái)。
后來(lái),阿姨又帶我們?nèi)タ戳司刃『⒑蛬雰旱囊曨l,連續(xù)看了兩三遍,大家都覺(jué)得這個(gè)非常重要。
這次的體驗(yàn)讓我學(xué)到了很多常識(shí),但我希望永遠(yuǎn)都不要有用到的那一天!

今天我來(lái)到富陽(yáng)區(qū)第一人民醫(yī)院,聽(tīng)取有關(guān)急救知識(shí)的講座。陶媽為我們講了許多關(guān)于急救的事和一些安全防范措施……我們先參觀模擬病房,里面有一個(gè)不斷咳嗽的“病人”。聽(tīng)陶媽說(shuō),這是給新來(lái)的護(hù)士、醫(yī)生練習(xí)的,只有考試通過(guò)了才能給真正的'病人去看病。一個(gè)個(gè)高端機(jī)器人就是為了給醫(yī)護(hù)人員不斷加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療技術(shù)而配置的。接著我們又看了許多“受傷”的機(jī)器人。最感興趣的是那個(gè)多變機(jī)器人,可以模擬各種不同的癥狀,比如高血壓,感冒,風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎等等。怎么樣,很神奇吧!接下來(lái),陶媽給我們示范如何進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇。首先要找準(zhǔn)連接人體兩乳頭直線的中心,再十指緊扣,手臂垂直向下壓30下后就要向“人體”吹兩口氣,再繼續(xù)前面動(dòng)作。吹氣時(shí)要捏緊病人鼻子,嘴要包住病人的嘴。按壓速度以1分鐘90下為宜,按壓力度以10千克的力為宜,重則壓斷肋骨,輕則無(wú)效。這速度與力度好難把握,我想只有多練巧練方能成功。從陶媽口中我們還知道:因溺水而進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇的順序是“叫――叫――叫――吹――壓”,別的情況要進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇順序。
“叫――叫――叫――壓――吹”。在模擬游戲中我大聲地呼救:“有人落水啦!救命呀!”兩個(gè)“大人”趕來(lái)了,一個(gè)打120,還有一個(gè)進(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇。累了也不能停止,替換人員接著做,不能間斷,直到救護(hù)車來(lái)。
陶媽還給我們列舉了許多實(shí)例和注意事項(xiàng),每舉一個(gè)我的心就出現(xiàn)一絲隱痛。電器不要用濕手碰,不玩電、水、火,吹風(fēng)機(jī)不亂放,煙花爆竹不亂玩……是呀!生命只有一次,我們每個(gè)人都要珍惜自己的生命!

今天上午,《今日建德》小記者團(tuán)帶我們來(lái)到了府東社區(qū)參加紅十字會(huì)救護(hù)培訓(xùn)。在這次培訓(xùn)中我學(xué)習(xí)了很多關(guān)于紅十字會(huì)的知識(shí)。紅十字會(huì)起源于一次戰(zhàn)地救護(hù)運(yùn)動(dòng) 。瑞士人亨利.杜南先生是紅十字運(yùn)動(dòng)的創(chuàng)始人。
紅十字會(huì)的主要工作有三救:應(yīng)急求援,人道救助,救護(hù)培訓(xùn)。在急救中,心肺復(fù)蘇是救命的重要手段之一,在上課時(shí)老師給我們講解了心肺復(fù)蘇的有關(guān)知識(shí)和急救技巧。心肺復(fù)蘇的操作有八個(gè)步驟:環(huán)境安全、判斷意識(shí)、高聲呼救、翻轉(zhuǎn)體位、判斷意識(shí)、胸外按壓、開(kāi)放氣道、人工呼吸。我們都聽(tīng)的很認(rèn)真,還跟著老師一起做各種手勢(shì)。
上完了理論課,老師帶著我們來(lái)到救護(hù)技能演練館進(jìn)行胸外按壓的演練操作。在做胸外按壓時(shí)一定要注意方法正確:按壓時(shí)定位要準(zhǔn)確,掌根部要貼在胸部,按壓時(shí)要注意肘部伸直不能彎曲,否則會(huì)用力不夠。我按照老師教的方法認(rèn)真的做起來(lái),一下成功,兩下成功,三下成功.......聽(tīng)著機(jī)器上傳來(lái)的信息,我感覺(jué)到一個(gè)生命慢慢在我的`手中舒醒,這時(shí)聽(tīng)到有人說(shuō):“活了,活了.....”我知道我成功了,心里真是興奮,這時(shí)我真正感覺(jué)到做一名救護(hù)員的責(zé)任很重。

張醫(yī)生告訴我們,心肺復(fù)蘇先首先要觀察環(huán)境,確認(rèn)周圍安全后就可以實(shí)施救援了。我豎起小耳朵專心地聽(tīng),生怕錯(cuò)過(guò)哪個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),張醫(yī)生的講解不但專業(yè)而且風(fēng)趣,他講的每個(gè)心肺復(fù)蘇的步驟我都牢牢記在心里。

20xx年8月2日上午,我有幸參加了婁底市中心醫(yī)院組織的暑期職工子弟急救知識(shí)培訓(xùn)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)大約百余名中小學(xué)生滿懷期待的看著講解員。
我們參觀了兩個(gè)科普展教廳和120指揮中心。那些人體的器官模型栩栩如生,深深地吸引著我的眼球。我饒有興趣地趴在玻璃柜上仔細(xì)的打量,認(rèn)真地傾聽(tīng)講解員精彩的介紹?烧嫔衿嫜!那些關(guān)于急救的案例,讓我大開(kāi)眼界!
在七樓聽(tīng)課時(shí),120急救站的`護(hù)士長(zhǎng)阿姨詳細(xì)地為我們解說(shuō)并演示了溺水或暈倒的急救方法。特別提出了幾個(gè)注意事項(xiàng):保證自己的安全與病人的意識(shí);呼救120;檢查脈搏、呼吸;進(jìn)行施救,直到專業(yè)人員到來(lái)為止。
到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)模擬施救體驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié)了。我熱血沸騰,感覺(jué)剛剛學(xué)到的急救知識(shí)可以現(xiàn)學(xué)現(xiàn)賣一番了。我毛遂自薦,第一個(gè)上去演練心肺復(fù)蘇。我伸出左手,右手疊放左手背,并十指相扣,借助全身的力量,使左手掌根壓向患者胸部中間,快速按壓30次,又用紗布蓋住患者嘴巴,深吸一口氣,為患者做兩次人工呼吸。如此反復(fù)多次。真是說(shuō)來(lái)容易做來(lái)難。我聽(tīng)得那么認(rèn)真,操作起來(lái)動(dòng)作卻那么生疏、笨拙。我心想:回去把手法練得嫻熟自如,才能真正的救人于危難。

On the afternoon of October 28, the weather was particularly sunny.
The day I had been looking forward to for two weeks finally came. Today, we are going to the emergency rescue training base of the Municipal Red Cross Society to learn first aid knowledge and skills. We took a bus to our destination. First of all, the volunteers of the Municipal Red Cross Society explained to us the origin, functions and components of the Red Cross movement. From his introduction, I know that may 8 is the World Red Cross Day every year. The bright red red cross represents the spirit of humanity, fraternity and dedication. Then, we started the practical operation. The first one was cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Volunteers introduced the operation process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and simulated first aid. Secondly, volunteers also teach us four skills of trauma rescue: hemostasis, dressing, fixation and handling. When learning hemostatic bandage, volunteers showed us triangular towel head bandage, stirring rod bandage, etc. Finally, we carry out practical operation. Under the careful guidance of volunteers, we studied very hard, and everyone mastered these first-aid skills. Time passed quickly, and the afternoon's study soon came to an end, and the students were still not satisfied. Before I took part in this activity, I didn't know what the Red Cross did, and I never wanted to know it.
Through this afternoon's study, I deeply felt that the Red Cross Society is really great. I want to inherit its spirit and be a loving person. Thank you very much for allowing me to participate in such a meaningful activity!
