As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it.As the pace of modern life continues to increase,we are always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.It seems to us that everyone around us is aggressive. Therefore, whatever one does,he feels under stress all the time.It is clear that stress has much to do with the life in a competitive society.
Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be.They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and to give purpose to life.Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health.According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress,is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally,I’m in favor of the former view.I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion,it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study, work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips that I hope can be useful.
Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure. It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy. Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.
Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best way.
How to Behave Well? 5
Should Parants Accept Responsibility and Also Be Punished if Their Children Behave Badly?
In fact, parents play a very important role in the growing of children. However, we can't think that parents should accept responsibility and be punished if their children behave badly. Or else, it would be unfair to some parents;we should consider the question objectively.
Some parents teach their children very carefully, telling them what to do, how to do, what is wrong, and what is right. They try their best to guide their childrn, offering advice to children for their study and life. With the instruction of parents, some children behave very well. However, there are still children who behave badly. Under this circumstance, we shouldn't criticize parents if their children behave badly.
Certainly there are other kinds of parents, who are busy doing their own business day and night, ignoring the education of children. Though they offer best life to their children, they neglect to teach their children how to think properly. In this situation, parents should be punished if their children behave badly.
In a word, we should consider different situations and make objective decisions, for many factors might result in bad behaviour of children. Perhaps parents are one of the factors. Besides the above situations, there are others. Those parents who are behaving bodly may result that their children behave badly. This kind of parents should be punished.
Therefore, irresponsible parents should be punished. We should give an overall consideration to this issue.
How to Behave Well? 6
According to the authoritative report, the number of college student is growth, while the quality is not as good as before. In the meantime, whether students perform badly should fail the course have spoken much debate? Some assert that school should not be so desperate, just turning a blind eye to their behavior, while others convinces that student should take their responsibility for their performance. Personally, I’min favor of second one.
Convince arguments can be made that if school let all students pass the course, it will increase their laziness. To start with, students will not worry about being registered by disciplinary inspector when they get up late. Therefore some of them will play computer games very late until midnight. Some students even don’t attend the class and finish assignments. They hold a view on mind: even they get a low score on final exam, they still can pass it. Besides, some students do somepart-time jobs or join in student union but they can’t be the excuses for escaping learning. Finally, if teachers get all students through the exam, it must be unfair to struggling students and damage schools reputation.
In summary, I would concede that students who perform badly should be fail, as it makes students more lazy, damage schools reputation and unfair to the diligent students.
